GENERAL INFORMATION 

Once your payment has been received, items will be shipped within one to two weeks. 
Ceramics shrink during the drying process, as well as when they are baked. Because of that, slight variances in size may occur.
All our ceramics are glazed by hand. Because of the nature of the hand-made process, differences in shading may occur. Instead of trying to work around that, and making each step as mechanical as possible, we embrace it. We believe it is added value to your piece, since there can not be another one exactly like it. In other words every piece is unique. 
Computer monitors have their own calibration and settings for displaying colours. Due to that, real glaze colour could be different from what you see on your screen. For any additional information or pictures please feel free to contact us. 
All our products are food-safe.
Big thermal change, (for example freezer to oven) can severely shock the ceramic body and glaze and even lead to big cracks. 
Dishwasher may cause or accelerate fading of some glazes. We recommend hand-washing for guaranteeing minimal to no wear.

At the moment we accept payment via Paypal and Bank Transfer.

 

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

We pack all our ceramics with extra care and love! We strive to make sure that they will arrive safely to their new home! 
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. With that you can monitor the progress of your shipment whenever you please. 
In Europe shipments usually arrive within 3-5 days. Customers from the US can expect their orders within 5-7 days. Other countries may expect their orders within 5 to 14 days depending on the destination. For any additional information on delivery times please contact us. 
We can not be held responsible for any delays after an order is dispatched from our studio since it is beyond our control.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the delivery address supplied is correct. If an order has to be re-sent because an incorrect address was provided, it will be in the expense of the customer. 

 

SHIPPING COST

We want to provide you the highest quality of shipping service we can, in the best price possible. We don't keep any commission on shipping services. If for any reason, you want your items shipped with a carrier of your choice, or an appointed agent, please contact us so we can arrange it for you. 
Please contact your local customs before placing your order. We are not responsible for any obligations and/or import taxes that may apply.

  

RETURN POLICY 

We really want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns within 7 days from the parcels arrival. 
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
All shipping costs, as well as any customs fees that might apply are in the expense of the customer. 
We will not issue a refund if an item arrives back to us broken.

DAMAGED GOODS

We do our best to make sure that everything will arrive safely to you. But in life, things don't always go as planned. In the rare occasion of an item arriving broken, you have to contact us within 48 hours to claim a replacement or refund.
Please provide us with your order number, and pictures of the broken/damaged item.
Claims without pictures that clearly document the damage will not be processed. 
Once your claim is processed and approved we will send you a replacement. If the item is currently out of stock a refund will be made.
Please do not send us back broken items.
